Right of Withdrawal for Non-Receipt of Service:

According to the applicable laws, we grant you a right of withdrawal, which is valid exclusively when the provided service has not yet been received by either an individual or a company.

In such cases, you have the right to withdraw your order within 28 days after placing the order. This right of withdrawal can be exercised if the received service has not been fully provided yet, and thus, neither in digital nor physical form has been transferred into your possession.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have already been fully provided or for which you have already consented to receipt. If you have already received or used the service, the withdrawal becomes void.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service. We will review the withdrawal and provide you with corresponding instructions for the reversal process. Please understand that in cases where the service has already been provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
